Vellore Walk

Vellore Walk site plan

Vellore Walk is a townhouse community from DiGreen Homes at Weston Rd. and Major Mackenzie Dr. in Vaughan. The site plan is the drawing that shows how the whole property fits together, from where each home sits to where cars park and where the green space lands. For a lot of buyers, it matters as much as the floor plan.

The builder has not released the site plan for Vellore Walk yet. Pricing, unit counts and occupancy are also unpublished. This page explains what the site plan will show when it comes out, why buyers want it early, and how to be on the list when it is shared.

What a site plan actually shows

A site plan is a bird's eye drawing of the land. It maps the shape of the property and everything the builder plans to put on it. Once you have it, the community stops being an idea and becomes a place you can picture.

  • Home placement: which blocks front the street and which sit inside the site.
  • Green and open space: parkettes, walkways, landscaped strips and buffers.
  • Parking and driveways: garages, driveway runs, and where visitor spots go.
  • Access points: how cars and people enter and move through the community.

Why buyers want it early

Two townhomes with the same floor plan can feel different depending on where they sit. The site plan is how you spot that before you choose. Buyers who look at it early tend to ask better questions when it is their turn to pick.

  • Lot position: end units, corner lots and interior units each have trade offs.
  • Light and view: which way your back yard and main windows face.
  • Daily traffic: how close you are to the entrance or visitor parking.
  • Walk to green space: how far the kids go to reach the open area.

The area around Weston and Major Mackenzie

This corner sits in the Vellore area of Vaughan, west of Highway 400 and north of the older part of Woodbridge. It is a settled part of the city with schools, plazas and parks already in place, so a site plan here is read against streets that exist rather than open field.

  • Highway access: Highway 400 is a short drive east along Major Mackenzie.
  • Transit: York Region Transit runs along both Weston and Major Mackenzie.
  • Nearby anchors: Vaughan Mills and Canada's Wonderland sit east of the 400.
  • Everyday errands: grocery and retail plazas are spread along Weston Rd.

Common questions

Can I see the Vellore Walk site plan now?

No. DiGreen Homes has not released it. Register and you will get it as soon as it is available.

How many homes are planned at Vellore Walk?

The unit count has not been released. It will be clear once the site plan and sales material are published.

Will I get to pick my lot?

Lot selection rules have not been announced for this project. In most new townhouse releases, buyers choose from what is available in the block being sold at that time, so being registered early helps.

Is a site plan the same as a floor plan?

No. A site plan shows the whole property from above, including where homes, parking and green space sit. A floor plan shows the inside of one home, room by room.
